General Terms & Conditions for Online Payments

 

·     Dues for prior earlier months must be cleared prior to selecting the dues for current or future months.

·     The transaction service charge is being paid by Cardiff International School Dhaka

·     Cardiff International School Dhaka reserves the right to adjust the amount paid with any due fees as per the policy of Cardiff International School Dhaka

·     Parents dashboard will be updated after each successful payment

·     Late fine for tuition fees will be charged according to Cardiff International School Dhaka policy

·     If Client face load shedding/ disruption/unsuccessful for electricity while completing the payment, client can reach out to shurjopay customer care line ( 09643207001) or you can send an email to shurjopay@shurjomukhi.com.bd

·     Payment is not refundable, but it is adjustable with any other payment

 

The following terms and conditions apply for payments of our payment gateways:

 

The User agrees, understands and confirms that his/her personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/credit card/Mobile Banking transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that Cardiff International School Dhaka or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters.

The School and the Payment Service Provider assume no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by the User on account of:

 

·         The delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Payment Gateway or Services in connection there to; and/ or

·         Any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway.

·         Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account/Mobile Banking has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:

Ø  In case the Bank Account/Mobile Banking appears to be debited, ensure that he/she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact the shurjopay customer care line ( 09643207001) or you can send an email to shurjopay@shurjomukhi.com.bd

Ø  In case the Bank Account/Mobile Banking is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.

 

This service is provided using a payment gateway service provider through a secure website. However, the school will not be able to give any assurance that information provided online by a user may not be able to be read or intercepted by a third party. The school does not accept any liability in the event of the interception, "hacking" or other unauthorized access to information provided by a user of this service.

 

Refund Policy

Ø  Once the User has paid the Fee through online Payment Gateway, he/she will not be able to cancel the transaction in any circumstances. No Payment will be refunded to the User.

Ø  Payment is not refundable, but it is adjustable with any other payment
